Lagos State Police Commissioner Invites Davido And Caroline Danjuma Over Tagbo’s Death.

This week’s headlines has been clouded with reports of the death of one Tagbo Umeike, who according to reports died because of the level alcohol flowing in his bloodstream.

The controversy of his death is the unclear circumstances and the kind of influential people surrounding it – it all started when on Monday night Nollywood actress, Caroline Danjuma took to social media to call out singer, Davido over his death which made it quite messy.

The singer and his crew denied any involvement in Tagbo’s death and a recent update is that which was shared exclusively by LIB.

It’s been gathered that the new Commissioner of Police in Lagos State, Imohimi Edgar invited Caroline and Davido to his office last night.

According to LIB, during the closed door meeting, Davido was able to provide CCTV footage from Shisha Room (The lounge in Lekki where they both partied earlier in the night) to prove that he left the club a long time before Tagbo and the deceased wasn’t in his car as claimed by Caroline.

LIB reached out to Caroline for further comment on Tagbo’s demise this morning and she declined to speak on it saying its now a family issue and she won’t be making any more comments with Tagbo’s family signing off on it.

In her words:

‘I don’t have anything to share with you because I’m not the only one in this picture, there are family members involved, so I can’t just start sharing things with you without the approval of the family members, if there’s an approval, I’ll let you know’ she said.

She also didn’t reveal any burial plans for late Tagbo.

Davido Reacts To Actress Caroline Danjuma’s Allegations Over Tagbo’s Death (Pictures)

Following accusations by Nollywood actress, Caroline Danjuma that Davido has a hand in Tagbo’s death; this has drawn a myriad of reactions from his fans.

Report Claims that Davido was allegedly not around the club when Tagbo died and as claimed, it wasn’t his car that was used to transport Tagbo to general hospital.

Caroline Danjuma Reveals The Picture Of The Guy Who Allegedly Died In Davido’s Car (See Photos)

Just few moments ago, we brought you reports about how actress, caroline danjuma called out singer, davido and accused him of dumping a friend to died in his car. 

She wrote In a now-deleted post on Instagram thus:

“Davido, where is Tagbo? He was with you and your crew last night… You all wore face cap to hide you identities after he died in your car… You dumped him at general hospital and ran away.

The law must play it’s role this time…. You all better provide tabgbo alive… @davidooficial….. After you all abandoned him at general hospital, you continued you stupid grooving at DNA and had the nerves to promote your show…. This ain’t no ordinary boy you can intimidate his family.

We need you to tell us how he died in your car and why you ran away. The police and hospital have confirmed you all ran away. If you think your money can save you, you just met your match. Promise…”

Now, she has shared a photo of Tagbo on Her Instagram, bidding him farewell…

Victor Elejo, a photographer, who was with Davido’s crew along with late Tagbo at Shisha Room Lekki, hours before Tagbo died, has shared a video to debunk rumors that Tagbo died in Davido’s car and same car was used to convey his alleged corpse to hospital.

He captioned the video;

#carolineDanjuma this is the video of us yesterday at the venue ….we were all celebrating 2 people’s birthday which is #TAGBO and one other guy ,we all had fun and everybody including @davidoofficialand crew said they were going to Oniru beach which the guy went with his car aswell,and that was the last time we saw him ,and later we heard that he died ….#RIP#TAGBO
